If you have never used IRC before, you can download many client by searching through google, many of which will help you figure out how to use it, however, we recormend you use the default client mIRC, found at http://www.mirc.com

When you first open, set your desired username etc, and select a Quakenet based server, any will do, but finding your region will be smoother to use. Once connected, type in the window...

/join #iRespawn

This will allow you to join the right chat room where Immortal Respawn is located.

On each future use, click the electric spark symbol in the top left corner to connect to Quakenet automatically, and then type the above again to join the right channel, or use the "Perform" button in the options to have it do this automatically (see mIRC's help files for more info)
